Unfortunately, I'll bet it's for Tom. We have a similar shed here and at the beginning there was the fleeting thought that my husband and I could share it but that would never have worked out. Instead it's now his workroom, storage, drum practice place and I'm glad it is. It makes him happy and he goes out there a lot which is kind of nice.
Or utilitarian workshop/cave?

Hands down - writers refuge. Don't forget the microwave for making tea or the coffee maker for coffee. Maybe a snacks cupboard too.
