I know the feeling! However, ask yourself this: Does Hubby complain about your weight, does he not love you because of your weight, do your children respect your less because you weigh more than you feel you should? If the answer is no to these questions, throw your scale away, continue swimming to keep your heart healthy and enjoy life. Works for me.
Me again. I can't get this out of my head now. All of the comments lead to a conclusion completely different than my own impression.
The lady sees herself as "perfection" in the mirror even though in reality she is not that image. In my head, that means that the woman sees herself as beautiful-- the "perfection" that society imagines-- in spite of her "baby got back." And you know what? I see you as perfect too. So what if you don't have a six pack. You are beautiful-- inside and out.
hihihi

ReplyDeleteOK. The first thing I thought was "Baby Got Back." Yeah. I'm bad like that.
