Thanks Goodness for Fish Tacos!
I have a major hankerin' for fresh pico de gallo and fish tacos about once a week -- and tonight was definitely one of those times! Mmmmmmm! 
And if you're thinking 'Ewwwww... FISH TACOS?!,' I dare you to just try one! Great stuff!

I sure miss Mexican food here. I am even running out of chili seasoning (brought back several large bottles on the last trip home). Fish taco sounds great to me.
