Gasping
It's bronchitis and possible pneumonia.
I'm staying home tomorrow, sleeping and boroughing into a hole...
I can't breathe (literal and figurative) and I need to nurse myself back to health.

Take care of yourself and make sure your dependants do ALL THE WORK around the house.
Pneumonia is a very stupid thing to ignore. Stay in bed and insist that everyone feel sorry for you, this is the best remedy.
